30-Day Free Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Items must be in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alterations

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimates or undergarments (if applicable)

 

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Once emailed, we'll provide a return label for you

 

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer


Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
