Returns Policy

At Maribely, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our Returns Policy carefully before requesting a return.

Returns Policy

• We do not offer refunds for returned items, including returns due to change of mind or ordering the incorrect size.
• All approved returns will be issued as store credit for the full value of the returned item(s).
• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order.
• All store credits are issued in GBP (£).
• Store credit will be processed and sent to your email address within 3 business days after your return has been approved.
• High-value items with a security ribbon or security seal that has been removed, damaged or tampered with are not eligible for return.
• Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
• For hygiene reasons, Accessories, Bodysuits, Lingerie and Swimwear cannot be returned.
• If you have received a faulty item or believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Maribely.com is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  
• Any item(s) that do not meet the conditions outlined below will not be eligible for store credit and may be disposed of or recycled.
• You will be responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged)

Condition of Return

Please take care when trying on your items.

To be eligible for store credit, all returned items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed.
• Returned with all original tags attached.
• Returned in their original packaging.
• Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, washing powder or any other marks or odours.

 

Any item that does not meet the above return conditions will not be eligible for store credit and may be disposed of or recycled.
